BRUSSELS PassPort
          Airport

                                             …And everything becomes

                                             so much more accessible

The PassPort project is the second one to be developed by Codic at
the heart of Brussels National Airport, alongside the Gateway building.
It includes 28,000 sq.m of offices and facilities (restaurant and gym)
                                             and 361 parking spaces.
     ONGOING
PROJECT Designed by Jaspers - Eyers Architects, the architectural structure is
composed of two L-shaped buildings linked by a remarkable atrium,
BELGIUM both standing on a common foundation containing 4 parking levels.

Just like the Gateway building, PassPort boasts an exceptional strategic
CATEGORY: position, at the crossroads of air routes, railway lines and highways.
The airport site is also served by many bus routes, taxis and will soon
Offices be linked by a tramway line.

With KPMG as its tenant, Codic reconfirms its position as a market
maker. Just like other real estate developments at airports – Schiphol,
MAIN Frankfurt and Munich – the Gateway and PassPort buildings are the
