ONGOING to enhance the future…
PROJECTS Following a European consultation launched by the city of
Luxembourg, Codic was named the winner by the authorities in
LUXEMBOURG 2010 for its particularly innovative redevelopment project for the
Royal-Hamilius block, at the heart of Luxembourg’s capital city.
CATEGORY: Codic’s aim is to meet the aspirations of Luxembourg’s inhabitants
and contribute to the city’s international renown by reinforcing
Mixed project: residential, its commercial appeal and highlighting its cultural and historic
offices and shops heritage.
The project was designed by the architects Foster + Partners in
MAIN PROJECT partnership with Tetra Kayser, on the basis of a unique concept
CHARACTERISTICS: that associates shops, services, offices, housing and parking,
while leaving a large part to public spaces.
