                                             A shopping centre


                                             with a regional footprint



                                             B’est is a shopping centre project with a total developed surface area
                                             covering over 55,000 sq.m in Farébersviller, in the easternmost
                                             part of the Moselle region. It consists of an Auchan hypermarket, a
                                             commercial gallery with 75 shops, and a retail park of 10 mid-sized
     ONGOING                                 stores.
     PROJECTS                                The B’fun park will harmoniously complete this retail offering with
                                             an indoor family leisure area covering 5,500 sq.m, a sports hall
     FRANCE                                  and a gym, an outdoor leisure park covering one hectare, as well
                                             as four restaurants.

     CATEGORY:                               The architectural part of the project, designed by SCAU, benefits from
                                             high-quality architecture and landscaping and will be exemplary

                                             management. It will be subject to BREEAM and HQE Aménagement
