in Budapest
In the Váci Corridor (13 district), the

OTHER Green Court project concerns an entire
PROJECTS block measuring almost one hectare. This mixed environment
of high architectural quality is located just a few steps from the
HUNGARY Váci út and the "Dózsa György út" metro station.
Green Court is a mixed development project consisting of two
office buildings and two residential buildings around a central
CATEGORY: square offering services and restaurants.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Complex of four buildings developed
in several phases.
Two residential buildings of 8 floors
each for a total of 270 apartments,
16 retail outlets and more than 230
parking spaces.
Two office buildings of 7 floors each,
totalling an area of more than
20,000 sq.m GLA, including around
1,500 sq.m GLA of retail outlets
and nearly 300 parking spaces.
