Carré d’Or is a Street Mall with a total lettable area of 22,000 sq.m
in Perpignan, dedicated to the family. It offers a wide range of
food options, 9 medium-sized stores, 37 shops and service
points, 6 restaurants and 750 parking spaces.
Entrusted to the architects’ firm DGLA, the project benefits from
ONGOING a high-quality style in terms of architecture and landscaping, in an
PROJECTS effort to perfectly integrate the site with the environment.
Faithful to a tradition inspired by Catalan colours, such as ochre and
FRANCE terracotta, the result is a unique place where shopping and quality
