A shopping centre
ONGOING with a regional footprint
PROJECTS B’est is a shopping and leisure centre project with a total developed
surface area of 55,000 m2 in Farébersviller, in the easternmost part
FRANCE of the Moselle region. It will consist of a Carrefour hypermarket, a
shopping centre with 75 shops, and a retail park of 10 mid-sized
CATEGORY: retailers. The 4,000 m² dedicated to family recreational activities
and 5 restaurants harmoniously fill the rest of the space.
Shops
The architectural part of the project, designed by SCAU, benefits
MAIN PROJECT from high-quality architecture and landscaping and will be exemplary
CHARACTERISTICS: in terms of sustainable development, especially regarding energy
management. It will be subject to BREEAM and HQE certifications.
