PROJECTS
Château Roussillon is a shopping and leisure centre project with a
FRANCE total lettable area of 22,000 m² in Perpignan. Dedicated to the home
and family, it offers a wide range of food options, 9 medium-sized
CATEGORY: stores, 37 shops and service points, 6 restaurants and 750 parking
spaces.
Shops Entrusted to the architects’ firm DGLA, the project benefits from
a high-quality style in terms of architecture and landscaping, in an
MAIN PROJECT effort to perfectly integrate the site with the environment.
CHARACTERISTICS: Faithful to a tradition inspired by Catalan colours, such as ochre and
terracotta, it will create a unique place where shopping and quality of
22,000 m² and 750 parking spaces life are closely linked.
It will be just as exemplary in terms of sustainable development,
