Codic International has been operating as a real estate
developer since 1970.

The group focuses its development mainly on office
and retail projects, as well as on large multifunctional
projects that can also include a residential component,
as is the case with our flagship project “Royal-Hamilius“
located at the heart of Luxembourg City.

Each of its developments shares the same concern
for a strong architectural identity, the best possible
location and planning, hi-tech structures set in a beau-
tifully landscaped environment and a commitment
to sustainable development for its projects.

CODIC develops its know-how mainly in Belgium,
France and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
