Key figures
On 11 July 2014, Europe Invest, a company controlled by the Descours and Mulliez
families, acquired 83.3% of the share capital of Codic International, following a transfer
agreement regarding all shares held by Compagnie du Bois Sauvage, Finaxer, Rebelco,
Mobilière et Immobilière du Centre and Espace & Management.
Emabe Invest, a company owned by Thierry Behiels, CEO of the CODIC Group,
accompanied the operation, reinvesting 16.7% of Codic International’s capital.
