In September 2014, we laid the first stone of the Résonance building in Bagneux. Work
continues at a good pace and Neopost will occupy its building at the end of 2016. The
watchwords for this building will be efficiency, quality and services that are either integrated
into the building or related to the commercial atmosphere. The Résonance building is
also located at the heart of an extensive public transport network, which ensures good
accessibility.

Our commercial projects are very active. The worksite of the ′Château Roussillon′ project in
Perpignan is making great strides, with the opening set for autumn 2015. 75% of this new
Catalonian ′Street Mall′, which will strengthen the region’s commercial offer, has already
been rented to brands such as Monsieur Bricolage, Mobilier de France, JouéClub, Centrakor,
Naf Naf, Générale d’Optique, etc.

According to the LSA trade magazine, our ′B’est′ project at Farébersviller in Lorraine has
been named amongst the ten real estate brands and companies to watch at the 2015
SIEC trade fair. With 55,000 m² of shops, including a hypermarket, a shopping centre with
75 stores, and 2,000 spots in the car park, ′B’est′ is indeed the future shopping destination
of the eastern Moselle region. This is the only future major shopping destination within a
35 km radius. With brands such as Carrefour (the only one in the region), H&M, Sephora,
La Grande Récré, Chaussea, Swarovski, and more, ′B’est′ enters a captive market of 80,000
residents who have no significant shopping centre available to them, in addition to its
regional significance. Work will begin in the autumn of 2015, with the opening set for just
after the summer holidays in 2017. It’s the place to be.

The 2014-2015 fiscal year, like previous years, was both intense and active. I am convinced
that the persistent and hard work done by our teams, as well as the thorough work carried
out over the years, have borne fruit.

In 2015, we’re celebrating CODIC’s 45th birthday. We’ve come a long ways since then. Thank
you to all those who have helped us write CODIC’s history and who have been a part of its
success. That history is fascinating, even thrilling at times, and above all, is simply friendly.
We have successfully established lasting bonds of trust: that is the ′CODIC spirit′.
And it is with that conviction that we will continue to make history with you.
