Located in the south of Brussels, at the exit of the motorway leading to Namur and Luxembourg, the Beaulieu district is Brussels’ second European quarter. Codic is responsible for the development of this area and has developed three striking buildings here: Espace Beaulieu, Triangles and Le Croissant, which are rented to the European Commission.
