The Company is responsible for processing your Personal Data.
2/Categories of Personal Data processed
In principle, the Service does not collect or process Personal Data. However, if it did, you acknowledge that as part of the Service, the Company may process the following Personal Data that you provide when registering for the Service: language, identifiers of your devices, access codes, passwords, IP addresses, email addresses, communications sent in connection with the use of the Service, interactions with customer service and/or helpdesk, requests sent by you and corresponding computer logs (including date and time); in some countries, we collect a national identification number, namely for tax compliance purposes.
3/Purposes of Personal Data processing
Personal Data is only processed to answer your questions.
The Company only processes Personal Data on the basis of your expression of interest in our real-estate, cultural or other projects.
5/Newsletter and information about the Company’s projects
If you subscribe to our newsletter, the Company will use your Personal Data to send you information about its projects until you revoke your consent. The Company may send you communications by email if you have provided your email address and have expressly consented to its use for information purposes (for example by subscribing to the Company’s newsletters). Communications may be sent to you by email or by post unless you object at a later date.
In addition, these communications may be sent to you by email if you are a customer of the Company, provided that you have shared your email address with us during the purchase of a product or service, given that these communications relate to products or services similar to those already purchased and that you have not objected to such communications during the collection of your data or subsequently.
If you want your Personal Data to no longer be processed for direct communication purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without having to provide any justification by sending an email to this effect to firstname.lastname@example.org
The Company has put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against accidental or unauthorized destruction, loss, modification, deterioration, use, access, disclosure or any other illicit or unauthorized processing.
7/Transfer of your Personal Data to third parties
8/Personal Data retention period
In the event of unsubscribing from the Service, the Company will deactivate your account and delete any collected Personal Data within six (6) months from the date of unsubscribing, except where the Company might have a specific legitimate interest in keeping your Personal Data for a longer period (for example in cases where the data would be required to comply with a legal obligation such as accounting, tax or contractual matters).
You have the right to access your Personal Data, as collected and processed by the Company, and to request its rectification in the event of inaccuracy or deletion (if applicable) if necessary. To exercise your rights, you simply need to contact the Company’s customer services using the contact form available on our website or send a written and signed request to the Company to email@example.com or to the following postal address: Codic International SA, to the attention of Hervé Bodin, Chaussée de La Hulpe, 120, 1000 Brussels, with a copy of your ID card or other identification document, as well as any documents proving that you are the person concerned by the Personal Data.
You also have the right to object at any time, free of charge and without having to provide any justification, to any future processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes by contacting the Company’s customer services using the contact form available on our website, unsubscribing from all email correspondence using the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of each email received from the Company, or by sending a written and signed request to the Company to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the following postal address: Codic International SA, to the attention of Hervé Bodin, Chaussée de La Hulpe, 120, 1000 Brussels, with a copy of your ID card or other identification document, as well as any documents proving that you are the person concerned by the Personal Data.
In general, where applicable, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time to any processing. The withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to this withdrawal. In some cases, you also have the right to the portability of your Personal Data. These rights can be exercised by following the procedure described above.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, namely in the Member State of the European Union of your habitual residence, your place of work or the location where the violation is alleged to have taken place, if you consider that the processing of your Personal Data constitutes a violation of the Privacy Law.
