BEST is a shopping and leisure centre project with a total developed surface area of 55,000 m2 in Farébersviller, in the easternmost part of the Moselle region. It will include an Auchan hypermarket, a shopping mall, restaurants and a space of 5,500 m2 will house family leisure activities (bowling).
The architectural part of the project, designed by SCAU, benefits from high-quality architecture and landscaping and is exemplary in terms of sustainable development, especially regarding energy management. It’s a BREEAM certification.
