The Botanica project proposes an «Office Resort» of nine buildings offering 53,000 m² of offices, a hotel, an auditorium, restaurants, a gym, terraces, an outdoor recreation area…

 

Immersing yourself in the nature is at the heart of the Botanica experience. Its 2.1-hectare park offers a unique working environment that evolves with the seasons, where greenery and water bodies create a soothing and inspiring atmosphere.

 

The project is located in the dynamic Cloche d’Or district. It is easily accessible to cross-border workers who come to work in the Grand Duchy from Belgium, France and Germany via the A6, A1 and A3 motorways. It is located near the Howald train station and benefits from the extension of the tram connecting the airport, the station and the city centre to the Cloche d’Or district, which strengthens its connections with buses, trains and shared bikes. The project contributes to the transformation of a city conducive to soft, shared and individual mobility by integrating parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles.
