The project is located in the immediate proximity of the shopping street Rue de Strasbourg, on n° 117-123 Rue Adolphe Fischer and n° 15 Rue de commerce. It is the former site of the Imprimerie Centrale that moved in May 2021 to the Cloche d’Or district.

CODIC HOME purchased the site in July 2021 and has designed, with the Luxembourg Tetra Kayser and Belgian Archi 2000 Architects, a residential complex of 4 apartment buildings which will offer 120 luxury apartments, among which 9 penthouses, set in a private landscaped park.

The CARACTERES complex has been laid on a North-South axis with a park which is ideally orientated to the South and will benefit from a maximum of sunshine in all seasons.

The CODIC HOME development has been baptised CARACTERES as a tribute to the Imprimerie Centrale, a historic actor of the district, whose rotary presses have set the rhythm of its daily life for over 60 years. The name is thus a historical wink and, to prolong the metaphor, each residential building will carry the name of a font : Arial, Berkeley, Calibri and Davis.
