The Eos and Boreas buildings are part of the ‘Gaucheret’ Zone of Regional Interest development. The aim here was to encourage the neighbourhood’s social mix and to ensure the harmonious transition between the Espace Nord business quarter and the Gaucheret district.

Besides the Zenith and the Progrès buildings, Codic has developed the Eos and Boreas apartment blocks (49 and 106 apartments respectively), 1,200 m2 of local shops, a local nursery and a 2.3 ha park.

In 2010, the project as a whole was awarded the Règles d’Or de l’Urbanisme by the Fédération Bruxelloise de l’Urbanisme. The local nursery was developed according to passive standards and was awarded IBGE’s ‘Bâtiment Exemplaire’ prize in 2007.
