About a century ago, a visionary Italian manufacturer and merchant of cigarette papers, under the famous “MODIANO” brand, decided to establish its headquarter in Budapest. As one of the first companies realizing the great advertising impact of modernist posters, Modiano resolutely opted for a modern architecture of industrial Art Deco.
The same, timeless fundamentals that inspired Modiano back in the thirties, inspired us to bring Modiano to you today and in the years to come: a well-thought-out and engineered design, spaces promoting social relations and putting back the human well-being in focus.
The location is central Budapest’s most significant office agglomeration. Focussed around WestEnd City Center, it is the city’s true centre of business. The Váci Corridor’s position as the dominant office destination derives from its synergy between the office and labour pool, facilitated by its transport connections – particularly the ultra-convenient M3 metro line- which has a stop right in front of the main entrance of Modiano. Through such accessibility, Modiano offers unrivalled connectivity to the homes of the city’s young professionals.
