In the commune of Bagneux, Résonance occupies a strategic position just on the outskirts of Paris, a major asset for users, their partners and visitors. Located on a major artery – close to the motorway leading south – the building and its public transport links offer a direct connection to the heart of Paris, the main business centres and airports.
Designed by the architects’ firm SCAU, Résonance’s façade deploys into a curved and fluid outline, open to the light. The building stands out owing to its stature, its elegance and its modernity, and incarnates the desire to reconcile environmental performance with its users’ well-being through various people-oriented services.
