Located in the heart of the Cloche d’Or district, The View offers an office program of 4,340 m² GLA spread over five levels above ground levels. Each lettable area is divisible into sub-spaces of minimum 300 m² and features a private terrace allowing to enjoy a breathtaking view on the surrounding fields and the private landscaped park of more than 1.500 m² developed as part of the project.

The program also includes on the ground floor a 300 m2 area dedicated to the operation of a commercial space and a 100 m² multi-purpose hybrid area allowing the exploitation of an auditorium convertible into a multipurpose room (event, leisure, fitness, etc.)

The infrastructure of the building accommodates 34 parking spaces in the basement, all of which can be equipped with an electric car charging system, 193 m² of archive areas and changing rooms equipped with showers.

The View is part of the environmental and societal responsibility policy of CODIC International. The carbon footprint control measures implemented on the project allow for a reduction in CO² emissions during construction of more than 29% compared to their usual level on a comparable building. Primary energy consumption and expected CO² emissions during building operation are in line with the CRREM trajectory to 2050, which aims to achieve carbon neutrality.

The structure of the building, composed of a system of pillars and slabs releasing the facade of the supporting frame, allows the future conversion of the building into a housing program, co-living or care center, without impact on the structural elements of the building.

The View is the first building of the new mixed complex combining offices, services, shops and hotel, which CODIC will soon develop on the 3.3 hectares of the neighbouring land.
